product does not meet your expectation, you can either return your
product for a refund or exchange for an alternative item from our
portfolio, within 30 days of purchase.

The item must be in an unused, symmetrical condition you received the
item in, including original packaging. Refunds are credited in the
original form of payment.

– Individual, bespoke custom bags are non-refundable unless of a product defect

– Shipping cost is at the buyer’s expense
