1. Purchasing & Order Process

1.1 Orders are made via our website, social media channels or confirming order via email [email protected]

1.2 An order shall not be processed until payment has been made in full for the item as well as Caddy Club Golf confirming the product can be completed if ordering a custom/bespoke item

1.3 We will confirm design with the buyer before processing payment

1.4 We reserve the right, prior to order, to refuse or delay any potential order in order to require more information in relation to the item

2. Payment

2.1 All prices advertised are in GBP Pound Sterling

2.2 Payments are accepted via any of our payment methods

2.3 Goods will only be posted on receipt of full payment for the item

3. Delivery

3.1 All items listed on our website include free P&P unless stated otherwise

3.2 When shipping our products overseas we are not liable for any customs duty or VAT, this is the responsibility of the buyer

3.3 Items will be sent in a timely manner of us receiving your order, in the case of a custom order, please allow extra delivery time

3.4 In exceptional circumstances we may require additional fees to cover any additional postage costs

3.5 On receipt of your order, please check for any manufacturing defects or damage in transit within 48 hours via writing to [email protected]

3.6 We will not accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit

4. Warranty

4.1 Manufactures warranty includes manufacturing defects and not general wear & tear

4.2 For purchases over 30 days old and less than 12 months please send back the item. We will inspect the item and at our discretion, we will either repair, replace or return the item to you (We will return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault).

If we determines the items is faulty, then We will reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when the item was returned (upon production of valid receipts)

4.3 When making a claim for a defected product the item “MUST BE RETURNED”  to Caddy Club Golf LTD

4.4 Claims for a defected product must be made in writing via email only to [email protected]

4.5 We reserve the right to dismiss any warranty claim for a defected / damaged product that we feel is unjust

4.6 Warranty starts from
date of purchase

5. Cancellation of Order

5.1 If you wish to cancel your order, please confirm this in writing within 24hours of payment.

In relation to bespoke, custom items after this period you will be unable to cancel your order as production will have already commenced and a cancellation will not be valid

6. Returns Policy

Caddy Club Golf strive to offer unparalleled quality & service and your satisfaction is paramount to our business. If your product does not meet your expectation, you can either return your product for a refund or exchange for an alternative item from our portfolio, within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in an unused, symmetrical condition you received the item in, including original packaging. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment.

Please note – individual, bespoke custom bags are non-refundable unless of a product defect

Shipping cost is at the buyer’s expense
